Workshop #1 - Collaboration Improving Business Efficiency

Duration: 1 day

Cost: 499 € VAT excluded

Registration limit: 5 participants

Workshop description: showcases how easy it is to share and collaborate with your colleagues across the company on information managed within a SharePoint Enterprise Document Library, as well as process information for review, approval or decision making

At the end you will be able to:

  • - create and manage a new site for your team
  • - add information with the appropriate content types, document sets and metadata fields
  • - create documents forms from SharePoint templates
  • - use Microsoft Office integration for calendaring, tasks and documents
  • - define, initiate and follow-up a workflow that sends a file for review to your management
  • - digitally sign a document as approval using the out of the box digital signature workflow




Workshop #2 - Record Management for Compliance Officers

Duration: 1 day

Cost: 499 € VAT excluded

Registration limit: 5 participants

Workshop description: showcases how easy it is to manage company records with SharePoint which provides a single platform for recording content across the enterprise

At the end you will be able to:

  • - apply metadata and retention schedules
  • - move the signed contracts and all related emails in the Records Repository
  • - as Record Manager or Compliance Officer, ensure that the appropriate audit and retention settings are applied to all company records, and information is managed in accordance with the company policy and regulation
  • - record declarations and legal holds
  • - perform a search and hold for all records related to a specific customer in case of legal conflict
  • - reduce the risk of incorrectly deleting relevant information or retaining information beyond its useful life

The workshops are customer focused and therefore only one company per workshop is accepted.
